2. How is the quality of your clothes?
Our product quality is good relative to our prices. We know that our customer looking for the quality products. So it is our promise to you that you will receive quality product for the value you pay.
3. How can I know which of your photos have 100% exact products?
Most of product photos shoot by our own photographer. We guarantee to send you the same product you see in the photos. If not, send it back and receive your money plus postage and handling fees.
4. What would be the suggested retail price (MSRP) of your merchandise?
The regular mark up can range from 50% up to 300% of the wholesale price. You could purchase a fashion dress for $8.00 and sell it for $40.00 (400% mark up) and you probably should not sell it under $12 (50% mark up).
5. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the website, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our website as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.
6. How often do you add new items to your line?
We update many items each day, except public holidays. Our goal is to bring all the latest cloths, shoes, bags,... and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. That’s why our selection is so dynamic.
7. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
All of the summer clothes are in different sizes but for spring/autumn/winter wears, there're S, M and L sizes, shoes also the same. Usually there're detail sizes for each style in the descriptions. Free size usually means size M, but since it’s loose design for summer, may also fit for person on size S and L. To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our Size chart.
8. Sometimes i found there's not only one pc in the picture, how can i know which are you selling?
Just check the title. If there's "two pieces" or "twinset" in the title, then we sell two pieces . Otherwise, we sell only one piece. But for lover shirt, all the listing price is for two pieces.
9. Are all your merchandise immediately available?
All items in our site are available when we upload it. But we sell more than 8000pcs per day, so part of the styles will be not enough ready stocks. Then we'll take about 3 days to get it from factory.
10. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for Hot-sale styles, we’ll restock ASAP.
11. Usually how much weight for each item?
Usually gross weight of summer wear is 0.25~0.3kg per item, and 0.7~0.9kg per piece of jeans; 0.3~0.5kg per item for Spring/Autumn wear; 0.7~1.1kg for winter jacket/coat.
12. What’s T/C material?
It’s Mixed material of Cotton and Polyester. Usually it’s 35% cotton and 65% Polyester.
13. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we have discount for any occasion. For example, the more you buy, the more you receive discount.
14. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal / Credit Card / Bank transfer / Western Union . You may see the details here: Payment.
15. I want to make payment by Credit card but don’t want to register paypal account, is that OK?
Yes sure, it’s OK. You can just choose payment way of Paypal, then click “pay” button and there will be a webpage you can enter your credit card information. If anybody used Paypal in your computer before, you need to clean all the cache of your browser, then can pay by Credit card.
16. I’m from Egypt, which payment way you suggest?
The best way for you to make payment by Western union or bank T/T.
17. Why is there only Australian price in your website? I’m not from Australia how can I pay you Australian dollars?
Australian dollar has the one of the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to Australian dollars.
If your primary currency is not Australian dollar, you can still pay us Australian dollar in Paypal or Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to Australian dollar then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us Australian dollars.
Section C Shipping
18. What delivery company you use?
Inside Australia, we used Australian post and any other delivery carrier, For international delivery, we may used different delivery company such as Australian post, TNT, Fedex or DHL.
19. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate is calculated by our software linked to Australian post. For other carrier we will ask them for a quote. There are different options at our software for mail delivery.
20. Why the shipping rate for my order is so high /low?
Shipping rate base on parcel weight. You will discover that ordering the same amount of fall/spring/winter styles, the total shipping fee will be higher than that of summer styles. It is because of heavier winter clothes than summer clothes, which leads to higher shipping fee.
21. How long will it take to get my order?
Since receive your payment, we’ll start to prepare goods. Usually we take 1-2 days to finish the preparing and then send out.
22. If I receive the tracking number of Australian post, What is the next step?
If you have received the tracking number, do nothing. It means that you will receive your item/s very soon.
Section D Order
23. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
No minimum order at all. However the shipping fee is high for less items. We recommend you to buy as many as possible.
24. How can I place an order?
Easy, click to our website, www.apranik.com.au. Select your items and then go to checkout. Complete your payment and then wait for your items.
25. How can i change my order?
If you have already submitted the order, just contact us to change it immediately. We do our best to cancel your order. However, if you act late, your order will go to normal process.
26. If I have submitted my orders, can I still add items to it? How can I change my payment method?
Contact us to add for you or change payment method. Or, you can place a new order and then combine it with your old order.
27. What will happen if there’s out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
This will not happend because before finishing any item, the software warns and you can not buy items that is not at our stocks.
28. Can I confirm stock with you before payment?
Yes, but you don’t need to. As mentioned you can not buy items that is not at our stocks.
29. I want to make a sample/trail order?
Yes you can. Just register in our website. We send you sample. The cost of the sample is as normal price plus handling cost. However, if you order minimum required for the sample, the extra cost of wholsale price and retail price will reduce for your benefit.
30. Can you separate my order to several package in order to avoid tax in custom?
Sorry we can’t do this. This is cheating based on Australian law. Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s very large and we can’t put it in one box. If you want us send two or more packages, please place separate orders.
Section E Custom
31. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
We would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price or retail price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price not include tax in Custom. There is 10 % GST to all good we send you and it is part of our price.
32. What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax?
Nothing. Do not expect us to something against the law since we will not do it. Remember, the minimum cost is always happend when you follow the law and government regolations.
